Marie Davis, age 78, crossed over on January 25, 2024 to join the love of her life, Dennie Davis. Mrs. Davis recently moved from her home in North Carolina to Mt. Juliet, Tennessee to live near her daughter after the passing of her husband.
Eddie Marie Adams Davis was born in Christian County KY to Dorothy L. Petty and George Adams. She was very active in her home church, First Baptist Church in Highlands NC. She was very passionate about woodworking and she gave everyone she knew a piece of her work. She also enjoyed gardening.
Mrs. Davis is survived by daughters Lori (Van) Flowers and Lisa (Dan) Oberst, grandchildren Georgia Flowers, Danielle Oberst, and Davis Oberst, sister Jenny McClain, and beloved nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Dennie “Danny” Davis and her parents.
A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date in Highlands NC.
