Margaret Tuck Bridges, age 97, went to be with her Savior, on July 7, 2023. She was born on April 13, 1926 to Bernice Bridges Tuck and William David Tuck.
She graduated from Madison High School and was married to Anson Hill and Herbert Bridges. She was retired from Bell South after having worked there for 31 years. She was a lifelong music lover playing the piano in church much of her young adult life at Harvest Baptist Church. She loved working puzzles and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, her parents, her brothers William Marcus Tuck and Charles Alvin Tuck, Sr and her sister Jean Tuck Clutts. She is survived by her daughter Beverly Majors, her granddaughter Samantha Hilton, and her great grandchildren, Charlie Smith, Carter Hilton and Catherine Hilton, seven nephews and two nieces.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 11th from noon to 2 at Spry Funeral Home with a celebration of her life service to follow at 2 PM. She will be laid to rest at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Wounded Warriors Project or International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
