Margaret Taylor, born 8/31/1927 passed away at home in Athens, AL 2/4/2020. Margaret was born in Nashville, TN, but married Raymond Taylor when she was a mere 15 years old and eventually moved to Pensacola, Florida. She rarely visited a doctor and never learned to drive, but her life was full, always visiting with family and traveling with Raymond to old time engine shows for many years. She was a loving, caring woman with a larger than life feisty personality. Everyone who met her loved and adored her.

Preceded in death by Raymond Taylor, husband, two brothers, James & Freddie Clay, sister, Delphia Knobel, parents Fred & Marie Clay & grandson, Jaison McArthur.

Survived by sister, Gloria Link, daughter, Sandra Waldron, a granddaughter, Jennifer Cook, a grandson, George Waldron & wife Amy, eight great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

Special Thanks to: Comfort Care Hospice nurses, techs and other staff. They were always kind, loving and treated Margaret like she was part of their own family. Words are never enough to express how much that means.

Burial will be in Pensacola, FL at the Barrancas National Cemetery with her husband, Raymond Taylor. In leau of flowers you may make a donation towards funeral expenses via personal check or money order only.
