Margaret L. Zimmerman, age 94, of Arab, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 4, 2024. She attended First Baptist Church Guntersville. Mrs. Zimmerman enjoyed family time and being a very active member in her church.
Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church Guntersville on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Joel Samuels officiating. The visitation will be held on Monday prior to the funeral service from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the WMU of First Baptist Church in Guntersville 1000 Gunter Avenue Guntersville, Alabama 35976.
Margaret is survived by her daughters, Amy Sanderson (Marc), Beth Hanner (Steve); grandchildren, Zach Hanner (Amilyn), Nathan Hanner (Rebecca), Will Sanderson, Dylan Sanderson (Hayden), Caitlyn Grace Sanderson; great grandchildren, Madalyn Hanner, Aubri Rains (Easton), Ty Hanner, Owen Saint, Huck Hanner, Ellis Hanner; and her special pet, Lulu.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Paul Zimmerman Jr.; son, William Paul Zimmerman III; and parents, Robert and Isabelle Livingstone.
