Margaret L Poteete, age 91, devoted sister, aunt and friend passed away June 22, 2022. Preceded in death by her parents Thomas Ross and Willie Mae Poteete, sisters Betty Jones, Lynia Davis, Elizabeth Poteete, Ethel Johnson, brother Thomas Ross Poteete Jr. She is survived by sisters Virginia Jones, Mary Ruth Toungette, Grace Morris and brother German Poteete. Additionally she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Marge retired from the United Methodist Publishing House and was a member of Vultee Church of Christ. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Williamson Memorial Funeral home with Jay Austin officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to service.
