Margaret Dalrymple, 83, passed away June 8, 2013. Visitation will be 4:30-6 p.m. Monday, June 10, 2013, with service to follow at 6 p.m. in the chapel at Colbert Memorial Chapel of the Shoals. Burial will be 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013, in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Kevin Manning will be officiating. Mrs. Dalrymple was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Dalrymple; parents, John Henry and Gladys Devaney; brothers, Louis “Buddy,” Marvin and J. Bruce Devaney; and sister, Lilly “Sissy” McBrayer.
She is survived by daughter, Doris Hill; son, Jerry Dalrymple; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Neal Devaney (Martha); sisters; Ruby Fuller (Ricky) and Mary Smith; and her beloved Kingdom Hall brothers and sisters that will truly miss Mrs. Margaret.
Pallbearers will be Barry Fuller, Ricky Fuller II, Bobby McBrayer, Jimmy Kent, Billy Landers and Paul Deitz.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dorothy Deitz, all of the staff on the fourth floor at Helen Keller Hospital and Hospice Advantage for the love and care that all of them gave to their dear loved one.
Memorials may be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness on the U.S. 72 by-pass Tuscumbia, Ala., or by sending floral arrangements for the service.
