Funeral service for Margaret Ann Wilborn, age 70, of Hartselle will be Friday, December 27, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ben Bates officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Ms. Wilborn, who died on Saturday, December 21, 2013, at Summerford Nursing Home, was born September 10, 1943 in Morgan County to William Guthery Pettit and Velma Elizabeth Hopper Pettit. She was a member of New Center Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Franklin D. Wilborn; a son, Chuck Wilborn; and a brother, William Marshall Pettit.
She is survived by a daughter, DeeAnn Wilborn Owen (Tim) of Hartselle; three grandchildren, Derrick Wilborn, Stacy Wilborn and Amanda Gordon; and two great-grandchildren, Brock and Abbi.
Mark Carlson, Dell Belcher, Jeff Belcher, Steve Smith, Terry Stephenson and Von Yeager will serve as pallbearers.
