Margaret Ann Hammonds Agent, age 79, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Saturday, September 23, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loved ones.
Margaret was born January 23, 1944, in Fayetteville, Tennessee, to the late Will and Dorothy Hunt Hammonds. Prior to retirement, she was employed by Faber Castell in Lewisburg. She dearly loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She never missed a chance to talk on the phone with her family and friends or enjoy a night dining out with her special friend, Robert. She was an avid MCHS Tigers football fan and enjoyed listening to the games.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband Larry Agent, her brother Walter Hammonds, and her sister Josephine Crosslin.
She is survived by three daughters, Patricia Dickey, Pulaski; Lisa Carter, Lewisburg; Christie (Brent) Johnson, Thompson Station; companion, Robert Bryant, Lewisburg; brother, Steve (Wanda) Hammonds, Lewisburg; nine grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ashley, Joshua, Daniel, Jeremiah, Teagan, Finley, Brennan, and Cora; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 3:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091, with burial held at a later date at Lone Oak Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 1:00 pm until the funeral hour.
