Margaret Ann Garrett Casey, 76 of Guntersville, Alabama, the Snow Point Community, died Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Shepherd’s Cove – Hospice of Marshall County.
Mrs. Casey was born November 27, 1939 in Marshall County to Lee Garrett and Mary Florence Rutledge Garrett. She worked for Chrysler Corporation in assembly until her retirement. Her husband Paul Richard Casey preceded her in death on January 9, 1997. She enjoyed traveling and shopping.
She was of the Baptist Faith.
Mrs. Casey is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: James Michael ‘Mike” and Brenda Casey; daughter and son-in-law: Michelle and Chris Snow; grandchildren: Michael Casey, Dusty and Jesi Casey, Carson Barrett and Taylor Snow; great grandchildren: Alexis Casey and Hayden Casey; one brother: Kenith Garrett; two sisters: Linda Rutledge and Charlotte Schilling. She was preceded in death by her husband: Paul Richard Casey; parents: Lee Garrett and Mary Florence Garrett; a son: Richard Alan Casey; a daughter: Paula Ann Casey; a brother James Lee Garrett; and a sister Wanda Newgent.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday August 13, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Brother: Gary Harvell officiating. Burial will be in Gilliam Springs Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Dusty Casey, Myles Teston
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday August 12, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
