Mr. Whitley was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a custodian and crossing guard for E.O. Coffman school. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Christian Fellowship Church with T.R. Williams officiating. Burial to follow in Leoma Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Christian Fellowship Church. Survivors include: 2 Sons- Niko Whitley of Five Points, TN; Dustin Whitley of Summertown, TN; 5 Sisters- Betty Purcell (Lewis) of Leoma, TN; Gladys Phillips of Loretto, TN; Barbara Conner (Lamar) of Florence, AL; Linda Purcell (Kenneth) of Leoma, TN; Kristy Creech (Michael) of Lawrenceburg, TN; 1 Grandson; Preceded in death by: Wife- Delores Gail Rosson Whitley; Parents- Carlos & Edna Belew Whitley; 2 Sisters- Joann Higdon; Debbie Whitley
