The Collaboratory @ FLPLFLORENCE-The Florence-Lauderdale Public Library has a world of events scheduled for the Collaboratory in March.  Here are just a few of the events and a March Calendar.

March 2nd from 10-12pm
Want to see what the Collaboratory has to offer? Come and see first hand with the Collaboratory open house.

Interview with a Local: Mr. Wille Ruff
YouTube Series
March 30th from 10-12pm
Come meet and be apart of the interview with former Yale Professor and Jazz Musician, Willie Ruff. Questions must be submitted by the previous Friday and can be submitted to tucker@flpl.org. Mr. Ruff is a Sheffield native and has an amazing story to tell.

Photography Basics with Lizzy Reburn
Part 1- Mar. 19th & Part 2- Mar. 26th
Interested in learning more about photography? This 2-part course will overview both the elements of photography and basic camera settings to help you achieve an understanding of what make a great photo.

Basics of 3D Printing with Tucker Green
March 23rd at 10-12pm
In this session, we will discuss the basics of desktop 3D printing. We will address the benefits of 3D printing, the differences between 3D printing and other types of manufacturing, the varieties of 3D printing, and the 3D printing process.

Sci-Fi Story-Time with Kaitlyn Tew
March 7th & 21st from 4;30-5pm
Interested in Sci-Fi? Still miss a classic story-time? Come join Kaitlyn Tew as she reads Sci-Fi Short Stories. This event is for all ages and a great way to wind-down with family and friends.

Trivia night with Colby Dow
March 20th 5-6 pm
Are you a trivia master? Come take the ultimate test with Colby Dow and have the chance to win prizes as well.

Public Speaking with Tucker Green
March 12th & 28th from 6-7pm
Are you interested in learning more in the uncomfortable art of public speaking? Come learn some tricks and tips to make your next speaking engagement a little less intense.
