TUSCUMBIA-The two-vehicle crash that took place on Tuesday, March 22 taking the life of John Hodge, 63 of Russellville when the 2003 Ford pickup he was driving collided with a 2012 Ford Taurus driven by Michael Ryan McCullough, 21, of Tuscumbia. Hodge was pronounced dead at the scene, and McCullough was injured and transported to Huntsville Hospital for treatment. The crash occurred at 4:50 p.m. on Alabama 247 eight miles west of Tuscumbia.
The injured driver, Michael Ryan McCullough, 21, of Tuscumbia passed away Saturday, March 25, at Huntsville Hospital.
Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
