John David Druckmiller – Arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old neice
COLBERT COUNTY – John David Druckmiller, age 24, of 411 N. O’Neal St., Florence has been chaged with Rape 1st degree and Rape 2nd degree. His bond has been set at $100,000. He is in Colbert County jail .
Here is what Sheriff Ronnie May’s Office reports:
“On 1-15-14 the CCSO got a report from parents of a 13 yoa girl. The report stated their daughter had been raped in May of 2013 and the suspect was John Druckmiller, an uncle to the victim.
The victim stated that she spent the weekend with her aunt and uncle. When it was time for her to go home Druckmiller insisted on taking her home. During the drive home the victim said that he turned off River Road onto Bainbridge Rd. He parked in a driveway in a curve where there was a locked gate and stopped. He asked her if she wanted to loose her virginity and she told him “no”. He started rubbing her arm and telling her how sexy she was. She told him that he was her uncle and it would not be right. He kept telling her that she was sexy and she told him that she wanted to leave. He slid to the passenger side of the truck, held her ams down and raped her. He told her never to tell anyone because they both would get in trouble. On 3-19-14 Druckmiller was arrested on two Grand Jury indictments.”
