MUSCLE SHOALS-ALEA reports a man killed on River Road. Statement from ALEA:
“A two-vehicle crash today, Feb. 27, has claimed the life of a Muscle Shoals man. Franklin H. Bowling, 83, was killed when the ATV he was operating collided with a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Tyler A. Hartman, 26, of Rogersville. Bowling was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred at 12:45 p.m. on Colbert County 40, also known as River Road, six miles east of Muscle Shoals. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
