DECATUR-The Decatur Police received a burglary call on Wednesday, September 3rd. Here is how the Decatur Police describe events on September 3rd:
SYNOPSIS OF OFFENSE & ARREST:
“On September 3rd 2014, the Decatur Police Department received a call about a burglary that occurred in the 1500 block of 14th Ave SW. When Officers arrived, they noticed a man, later identified to be Daniel Gladden, in the area carrying bags of stolen property. Officers detained Gladden and then spoke with the victim.
Det. Harris was called to the scene and as a result of the investigation, Gladden was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and Burglary III.
He will later be transferred to the Morgan County Jail where he will be held in lieu of a $3,000 bond.”
