HUNTSVILLE-Huntsville Police arrested a man after receiving a call from a second man who claimed he’d been shot at several times Saturday.
Kelvin Conerly was arrested after officers responded to a man who told them he had been shot at multiple times after a verbal altercation on the 5000 Block of Galaxy Way.
While officers were on the scene, contact was made with Conerly, who was taken into custody. After questioning, he was arrested for attempted murder and booked into the jail.
The shots were fired around 5:30 p.m.
