Funeral Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, at Collier-Butler Funeral Chapel with Rev. Shane Cornutt, Rev. David Hayes and Brandon Cornutt will officiate. She will be laid to rest at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Tabor Road.
Mrs. Morgan was born and grew up on Lookout Mountain. As a pastor’s wife, she dedicated her life to the service of the Lord. Together, they pastored many churches. She was a member of Higher Ground Baptist Church.
She was gifted, in that, she was successful in anything she endeavored to do.
Mrs. Morgan was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Rev. Albert Morgan, parents, Russ and Anice Elliott, 4 sisters and 1 brother and 2 sons-in-law, Kenneth Christian and George Skinner.
Survivors include her daughters, Sheila Christian and Beverly (George) Skinner; 3 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
