Maleaha Rashid Hicks. 33 of Mt. Olive, passed away on December 1, 2022. She attended Corner High School. She was employed as a Mail Carrier with the U. S. Postal Service at the Dora post office.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, H.R. White, Jr. and Ruth White; aunt, Joyce Brooks; mother-in-law, Tina Hicks and brother-in-law Randy Hicks.
Survivors include her husband, Gregory Hicks; children, Skylar Harris and Tyler Hicks; mother, Gina White Lawson; father, Intekhab Rashid; siblings, Rheanna Tidwell (Aubery), Katie Marlin, Jarred Fields and Taci Henslee; uncle, Gary White; several other aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and many friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday December 6, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. John Foles will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Warrior. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm on Tuesday.
