Makayla Jade Kleinert, age 13 of Goodlettsville died Friday January 28, 2022. She was born in Nashville and was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara, and stepfather, James Travis Pitts, she is also preceded in death by her sister, Riley Pitts, grandparents, Danny Pitts, Sr., Donald Barnes and Patricia Mae Barnes.
Makayla was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and was in the 7th grade.
She is survived by her father, Jared Jay Kleinert; grandparents, Sheri Miller Kleinert Washam and husband Billy, James Kleinert, Angela Cawthon; uncles, Kenneth James Kleinert and wife Pamela, Donald Barnes, D.J. Pitts and wife Liz; stepsisters, Lexi Pitts and Anna Pitts; special family friend, Grandma Teresa Hester; host of other family and friends.
