Maggie Elizabeth Hall Bailey, 89, of Huntsville, passed peacefully, Friday, surrounded by family.
Mrs. Bailey was a woman of extraordinary kindness, gentleness, and strength. Her faith and love for Jesus was the center of her life. It flowed from her to everyone she met. She was a devoted wife and a remarkable mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her love and compassion is what will be remembered most from those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by Gonzia, her beloved husband of 60 years.
She is survived by three children; sons, Ronald, Ricky and wife Leesa; daughter, Carol and husband Lloyd Olson; one brother, William Hall and wife Helen; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
The family wishes to thank Teresa Hollis and Southern Care Hospice for their loving care and support.
Arrangements are entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville where the family will receive friends on Sunday at 12pm to 1pm with funeral service to follow at 1pm in the Spry Chapel. A graveside service will be held Monday at 2pm at Maple Hill Cemetery.
