Magdalene Ward, 86, of Florence, passed away, Thursday, June 9, 2022. Visitation will be Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 1:00 PM until 2:00PM at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral service will immediately follow with Ellis Coats officiating. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery.
Mrs. Ward is preceded in death by parents, Alonzo and Marcella Alexander; husband, Richard Ward; sisters, Margaret Barnes and Betty Grace; brothers, Thomas Alexander, James Alexander, and Harvey Alexander.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Smith, Debra Bolden, and Susan Clemons; grandchildren, Lori Osbirn, Amy Aday, Justin Clemons, Chase Clemons, Sarah Bogus; step-grandchildren, Mark Bolden, and Angie Guthrie; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Delois Howton; numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Guy Ainsworth, Justin Clemons, Matt Aday, Jonathan Luman, Tyler Armstong, and Chase Clemons.
