MaeRene Johnson, age 77, of Winfield, Alabama, formerly of Guin, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, September 30th, 2014, at her residence.
Funeral service, 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 2nd, 2014, at the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel in Guin, Alabama. Matthew Thigpen officiating. Burial in the West Alabama Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Johnson was born September 4th, 1937, in Guin, Alabama, to the late Andy Lush and Arie Gann Johnson. She lived in the Guin area most of her life and was a member of the New Hope Church Of Christ. She was retired from Clifford Industries in Winfield, Alabama.
She is survived by 1 daughter, Rhonda (David) Cranford of Winfield, AL.; 4 grandchildren, Shauna (Dustin) Silas of Winfield, AL., Shane Goodwin, and Cory (Alicia) Bozeman, all of Guin, AL., and Shannon McIntire of TN.; 7 great-grandchildren, Collin Goodwin, Colby Goodwin, Reese Tilley, Brystol Goodwin, Carson Silas, Brodie Silas and Brayden McIntire; and 1 brother, Donald Ray Johnson of Fulton, MS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andy Lush and Arie Gann Johnson; 1 sister; and 3 brothers.
