Mae-Pinckley-1440772640Mae Helen Todd Pinckley departed this life on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at her home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 82 Years, 1 Month. She was born July 27, 1933 in Wildersville, TN, the daughter of the late Rufus Floyd and Daisy Myrtle Wood Todd. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pinckley was preceded in death by infant son, Kenneth Lee Pinckley and a brother, Charlie Lee Todd.

She was united in marriage to Bobby Lee Pinckley on December 24, 1952.

Mrs. Pinckley was a receptionist at the Waynesboro Clinic for 25 years before retirement and was a member of the Waynesboro Church of Christ in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Lee Pinckley of Waynesboro, TN; sons, Robert Wayne Pinckley and wife, Darlene of Clarksville, TN and David Allen Pinckley of Madison, AL; daughters, Wanda Sue Pinckley Wentworth and husband, Carver, Amy Elizabeth Pinckley Burks and husband, Ronnie and Joy Helen Pinckley Canterbury and husband, Dave all of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren, Jay Burks, Benjamin Williams, Todd Pinckley, Justin Pinckley, Kenneth Pinckley, Brennen Williams, Steve Pinckley, Austin Burks, Joshua Canterbury, Braden Canterbury, Bethany Livingston, Andrea Parks and Melanie Pope; great-grandchildren, Blayne Pinckley, Carson Williams, Izzy Pope, Ava Burks and Charlie Williams and one on the way, a brother, Floyd Eugene Todd and wife, Betty Lou of Parsons, TN and nieces and nephews.

Services will be Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Roan’s Creek Church of Christ in Yuma , Tennessee, with Jay Burks and Wayne Pinckley officiating. Burial will follow in the church Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Benjamin Williams, Brennen Williams, Todd Pinckley, Kenneth Pinckley, Jay Burks, Austin Burks, Steve Pinckley, Justin Pinckley, Joshua Canterbury and Braden Canterbury.

Visitation will be Friday, August 28, 2015 from 5 -9 pm at the funeral home. Her body will be placed in the church at 12 noon of Saturday.
