MADISON-On January 14th, 2015, Madison Police responded to an early morning robbery on Portal Lane where three men targeted a specific home, entered, and robbed the occupants. The investigation is ongoing and Madison Police Detectives have identified and charged one of the men responsible.
On April 22nd, the Madison Police Department arrested 21 year old Jaylen McClendon of Meridianville. He has been charged with two counts of Robbery 1st Degree and one count of Burglary 1st Degree.
He was taken to the Madison County Jail on $180,000 bond.
Madison Police are seeking information on the other two individuals involved. They were described as black males ranging in heights from 5’8 to 6’2 and weighing approximately 155 to 180 lbs. One of the men sustained a stab wound on his upper back as he fled from the residence.
