It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend, Ms. Madeline Campbell Artis. Madeline passed away Monday, November 18, 2024 at her residence in the Brocks Chapel Community while surrounded by her family. She was born in Marshall County, Alabama December 29, 1954. Madeline was of the Baptist faith and a faithful member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church. She was extremely supportive of the church’s various ministries. She was particularly supportive of those involving the children. One could always count on her to be involved in Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. Sharing those events with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, were important to her. She especially enjoyed her weekly lunch date with her brother, Edwin, and was always ready for a road trip to Gulf Shores.
