Lynn Collinsworth, age 77 of Lebanon, crossed over to be with her husband David on Monday afternoon, November 18, 2024. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Scott Moore, is 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 21, 2024 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery will follow the service. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the service at 10:30.
Mary Lynn Clemmons Collinsworth was born in Lebanon TN to Mary Winter Clemmons and James Rhea Clemmons. She married the love of her life, David Collinsworth, and they embarked on a life of creativity and homemaking. She had a life-long love of working puzzles and reading and was a master of cross-stitch. Lynn’s cross-stitch won many blue ribbons at the Wilson County Fair. She loved spending time with grandkids and great-grandkids and took great pleasure in providing whatever they asked for.
Lynn is survived by her sons: Mike (Stacy) Collinsworth and Eric (Katy) Collinsworth; grandchildren: Hayley, Caelyn, Lindsey, Ella, Lillie Kate, Lucy, and Levi; great-grandchildren: Fallon and Jamie; siblings: GiGi Clemmons, Jim Clemmons, Larry (Kelly) Clemmons; and many extended family members. She is preceded in death by her partner and husband of 58 years, David Collinsworth, parents Mary Winter and James Rhea, and sister Pat Dodd.
