Lynda Sue Cutts Henson, 80 years old, of Huntsville, AL, died May 4, 2022.
She is preceded in death by immediate family members: her youngest daughter Katherine Henson; her parents, William and Montez Cutts of Dothan, AL; and her grandparents Martin and Sara Alice Cutts of Columbia, AL, and Ethel and Oliver Holloway of Tallassee, AL and Dothan, AL.
She is survived by her oldest daughter Kerri Henson of Huntsville, AL; her only sibling Cynthia Cutts Wheatley and brother-in-law Thomas of Dothan, AL; one nephew, Andrew Rhodes of Atlanta, GA; two nieces, niece April Rhodes Stoner and David Stoner and grandnephew Joel and grandniece Lili Rose of Marietta, GA, and niece Angela Rhodes of Santa Monica, CA; her maternal Aunt Joyce Williams and Uncle Ret. Lt. Col. Pete Williams and their daughter, Misty Williams, of Albuquerque, NM, and their son, Stephen Williams and his wife Janice Williams of Plano, TX; cousins Billy Barfield and his wife Faye Barfield of Shreveport, LA, Danny Barfield and his wife Mona Barfield of Fairhope, AL, Carolyn Crosby Chittenden and her husband Bob Chittenden of Grafton, VA, (cousin David Crosby is deceased), Kim Bowles and Nadine Bowles of Tallassee, AL, and other cousins in Ocala, FL.
Lynda Sue graduated from Dothan High School in 1960, and later from Auburn University and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Her careers in Huntsville included being an elementary education teacher and a real estate agent. A private gravesite ceremony will be held in celebration of her life in Christ.
