Lynda McCullough Lynda Gray Maughan McCullough, age 83 of Kenner, Louisiana, formerly of Murfreesboro, Tennessee died Thursday, February 8, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Dr. Frank Bradshaw Manghan and Olyne Elizabeth Gray Manghan. Mrs. McCullough was also preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Maritn Allen McCullough, Sr.

She is survived by a son, Martin McCullough, Jr of Metairie, Louisianna, and a daughter, Elizabeth Maughan McCullough of Mountain View, California.

Mrs. McCullough was born in Trenton, New Jersey and grew up in Bristol, Pennsylvania. She attended George Peabody College for Teachers in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Then she met and married M.A. McCullough in 1963. She later attended Middle Tennessee State University receiving her master’s degree in special education. She taught in the Meritt Program for gifted children for sixteen years in the Murfreesboro City Schools and she was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints.

A graveside service will be 3:00pm Friday, February 16, 2024, at Evergreen Cemetery.
