Lynda Darlene Tate, 57, went home to be with her Lord Tuesday November 17, 2015 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. She was a christian lady that liked the simple things in life. She loved spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors most of all she loved spending as much time as she could with her grandson, Tristan and granddaughter, Shelby.
She will be sadly missed by mom and dad, Alton and Elizabeth Tate Sr; daughter, Saberina Little; son, Gene Little; brothers, Alton Tate, Jr., Soddy-Daisy and Mark Tate, Signal Mountain, Wallace Edwin Tate, Madison, AL; sister, Tammy Tate; grandchildren, Tristan and Shelby Little, Alexis King and Draven Hobbs; great grandson, Kayden Little; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Chris Parris and Lanny Tate officiating. Visitation will be Saturday 2 PM til 9 PM at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
