lucilleLucille Magaline Kelley McClish, 92, went to her Heavenly home June 2, 2015, after a brief illness. Lucille was born in Arbyrd, Missouri on Jan. 18, 1923, to Edward and Emily Lancaster Kelley. On Dec. 23, 1937, she married Elvis Ray McClish in Cardwell, Missouri. Mrs. McClish was a member of the Christian Tabernacle Pentecostal Church and was steadfast in her faith. She loved God and loved living for Him. She was a guiding light to all who knew her. She loved her family and was always there for them, and they loved her very much.
Mrs. McClish was preceded in death, on Sept. 18, 1993, by her husband of 55 years, Elvis Ray McClish, son, Eddy Ray McClish, seven brothers, four sisters, three grandsons, and one great-granddaughter.
She is survived by her children, James (Wanda) McClish, of Osceola, Indiana; the Rev. Nelson Wayne (Eddie Marie) McClish, of Waterloo, Linda (Robert) Wilemon, of Granger, Indiana, and Sandra (Jack) Hatfield, of York, Pennsylvania; 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, Indiana, with the Rev. Terry Henson officiating. Burial followed in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
Greenview Funeral Home assisted the family.
