Funeral service for Lucas Cain Richards, 43, will be Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Greg Standridge and Mark & Kerry Ozbolt officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Richards passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born September 23, 1981, in Morgan County, to James “Jim” Bryant Richards and Kathy Lorance Richards.
He was employed by M S Transport as a Truck Driver, prior to his passing. He was a wonderful husband and father, who loved his wife and children greatly and loved spending time with them. He loved laughing and joking around and enjoyed music and Alabama Football.
Preceding him in death were his father- Jim Richards, a brother- Jason Bryant Richards, his father-in-law- Robert “Bob” Roy, his grandparents- J.B. And Dunreath Lorance, and Grandfather- Hiram Bryant Richards.

Daughter – Clara Jean Richards
Mother – Kathy Richards (Curtis Buehrle)

Brother-in-law- Randall Thomas Roy (Jessica)
