Lowell Wylie Parker, 68, Russellville, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 6, at Colbert Memorial Gardens, beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Danny Parker officiating.
Lowell was preceded in death by his father, William Parker; and grandparents, Elbert and Christina Wylie.
He is survived by his sons, David Parker (Crystal), Robert “Bobby” Parker (Elizabeth), and Michael Parker (Ann); mother, Frances Parker; brother, Danny Parker; and grandchildren, James, Austin, Brieanna, Ginger, Robert, Johnathan, Haley, Stephen, Andrew, and Ally.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
