Louise Wells, 79, died Saturday, July 28, 2012. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Elkins East Chapel, Center Star. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel, with burial at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
