Louise E. Thorn, age 81, of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Russellville 
Hospital.
Louise was born February 16, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio. She married the love of her life, Floyd Thorn, and they enjoyed 62 years together. She loved to help on the farm, enjoyed cutting grass, loved her animals, and enjoyed her walks. She was a strong woman who never gave up fighting and her faith never wavered. She served with the volunteer fire department along her husband.
The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, June 02, 2019 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 03, 2019 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Neil Rogers. Burial will be at Pleasant Site Cemetery in Red Bay.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack & Esther (Jordan) Terry.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 62 years, Floyd E. Thorn; children, John E. Thorn, Sr. (wife, Gloria), Karen L. Van Loon (husband, Christopher), Edward N. Thorn (wife, Melissa); grandchildren, Joshua Thorn (wife, Katie), Micheal Thorn (wife, Julie), John Thorn, Jr., Christopher Van Loon, II, Nathan Thorn, Ryan Thorn, Kaylee Thorn; great-grandchildren, Alexander Thorn, Cole Thorn, Cameron Thorn; and beloved pets, Twinkles and Precious.
The pallbearers will be Joshua Thorn, Micheal Thorn, John Thorn, Jr., Christopher Van Loon, II, Nathan Thorn, and Ryan Thorn.
