Lorraina Lee Miles of Athens, Alabama passed away at Madison Hospital on May 27, 2023.
She was the daughter of the late Henry Clay Morris, Jr. and the late Rouie Breeze Morris.
Lorraina and her husband Sid lived around the Athens area for the majority of their lives until moving to Prospect, Tennessee to live out retirement. She was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed spending her free time with her grandkids and great grandkids. Her favorite hobbies included sewing, cooking, shopping, and playing with her dog Bama.
Lorraina is preceded in death by her parents, husband Sidney Miles, Sr., one daughter, Bonnie Lee Miles and one brother, Henry Clay Morris III.
She is survived by her son Sidney (Christy) Miles, Jr., daughter-in-law Jennifer Gates, one sister, Edith Rose Nichols, three grandchildren; Eric Miles, Noah Vibbert, and Emily (Quincy) Miles, as well as seven great grandchildren; Matthew Miles, Morgan Miles, Chevelle Miles, Harley Miles, Rockxi Miles, Mason Boersma, and Sydney Gwen Miles.
The family has made plans to have a private service at a later date.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home is assisting the family with services.
