Lorice Humphres Prince, age 76, of Sheffield, passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at her residence.
The visitation will be 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Sheffield. The funeral will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the church with Bro. Jim Warren officiating. Burial will be at Shoals Memorial Gardens.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leeman & Jewel (Rogers) Humphres.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 53 years and 9 months, Gilbert Prince; son, Steven Paul Prince (wife, Cameron); grandchildren, Christian T. Prince (wife, Becca), Alec C. Prince; sisters, Hazel Pennington and Martha Helen Ozbirn; and several nieces & nephews.
The pallbearers will be Steven Prince, Christian Prince, Alex Prince, and Mike Askew.
The family would like to extend sincere thanks to all of the staff of Southern Care Hospice, and especially to Jennifer, Tammy, Stephanie, and Eric for the love and care of our family.
