Lorene Lavern Parker, age 85, of Russellville, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023, at Mitchell Hollingsworth Nursing Home.
Mrs. Parker was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and especially her great-grandchildren. She loved spending holidays with her family, and enjoying time outside.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne H. Parker; daughter, Laronda Manginelli; son, Phillip Parker; grandson, Randall Lang; and parents, Rual & Vada (Smith) Little.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, David Parker (Pam); grandchildren, Ashley Tyler (Adam), Chris Parker (Emily), Paige Parker, Jason Parker (Mindy), Kellie McBrayer (Greg), Jaime Parker (Stacie); a host of great-grandchildren; sister, Lanita Kirby (Bobby); and several nieces & nephews.
The visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Franklin Memory Gardens.
The pallbearers will be Chris Parker, Jaime Parker, Jason Parker, Greg McBrayer, Adam Tyler, and David Parker.
The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to Brentwood, Mitchell Hollingsworth, our hospice nurses, Heather and Brandy, and hospice chaplain, Chance Hall for your love and care of our family during this time.
