In addition to these great-grandparents, she is also preceded in death by a very special paternal great-aunt Merle McMinn.

In addition to these special family members, Lorelei is survived by numerous other relatives and friends who loved her very much.

The family would like to thank the doctors, especially Dr. Kristin Fyke, and staff of OCH Regional Medical Center for their incredible care, compassion, and kindness provided to Leslie, baby Lorelei, and the entire family. The family also would like to thank everyone for the prayers and concerns extended to them during this difficult time.

The following verses have provided comfort to Lorelei’s parents and family this past week. They know that some people only dream of angels but they were the lucky ones that held an Angel in their arms.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14

A Psalm of David. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever. Psalm 23:1-6
