Loraine Williams Snow, 88, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday. She was born in Walker County, Alabama, the middle child of 3 daughters. Loraine was a devoted wife and mother, and homemaking was her priority. She and her husband, Ed, were longtime member of Holmes Street United Methodist Church. They were married 71 years.
Survivors include daughter, Gail Snow Younes (Henry); son, Michael Snow (Kandice); grandchildren, Sharon Holt of Sharpsburg, GA, Alex and Patrick Younes of Huntsville, Andrea Frischhertz of New Orleans, LA and Ben Snow of Austin, TX; great-grandchildren, Ford, Evan and Bailey Frischhertz of New Orleans, Tarah Wagstaff of Colorado Springs, and Chase Holt of Florence, AL; and sister, Katie Parsons of Lincoln Park MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady Paul Williams and Ethel Lawson Williams; husband, Edward B. Snow; granddaughter, Amy Kristen Webster; and sister, Jewel Wade.
The funeral service will be at 12:00 noon Sunday, Feb. 14th, at Laughlin Service Chapel with Rev. Eddie Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
