Funeral service for Lois White Penn, 101, of Falkville will be Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. J. Wayne Penn officiating. Burial will be in McKendree Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Penn, who died Monday, August 10, 2015 at Summerford Nursing Home, was born May 26, 1914, in Georgia to Enoch M. White and Molly N. Costly White. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Alvie Penn Sr.; two sons, Rufus Penn Jr. and Edward Penn; one daughter, Evelyn Bramlett; one granddaughter, Debbie Penn; three brothers; four sisters and her parents.
Survivors include four grandchildren, Jim Bramlett, Tim Bramlett,
Vicki Bramlett Adams and Sherri Penn Edgil; 10 great-grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Andryne Penn.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
