Lois S. Colburn Journey, 82 of Florence, Alabama, passed away on July 31, 2023 at Mitchell Hollingsworth Nursing Home in Florence, Alabama.
She was born in Haleyville, Alabama to Travis and Ruby Colburn on July 30, 1941. She worked in real estate for 30 years.
Lois is survived by her daughter, Nina Jackson; her sister, Betty Stevenson; niece, Naomi Kaskie (Jay); grandson, Derrick Jackson (Krizten); granddaughter, Amy Munoz; and great-grandchildren, Parker Jackson, Maya Munoz, Antonio Munoz; and a host of cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Journey; her father, Travis Colburn; her mother, Ruby O’Kelley Colburn and her son, Trent Tittle.
A graveside service will be Sunday, August 6, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Oak Grove Cemetery located in the East Franklin Community, Highway 81, Russellville, Alabama with Bro. Delmer Duboise officiating.
