Lloyd Jimmie Gold, age 78, of Gadsden, passed away on June 2, 2023.
He was born on July 28, 1944 in Scottsboro, Al.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lorene (George) Stanford; brother, Charles Campbell and by his sisters, Lila Humphries, and Annette Martin.
Jim is survived by his wife Glenda Gold; his children, Matthew (Savannah) Gold, Tabitha (Matt) Reynolds, Louann (Wesley) Blalock; by his brother, Rodger (Patricia) Stanford; sisters; Linda McElroy, Margaret (Tommy) Parker and Mary Talley. Also surviving him are his grandchildren, Alexander Gold, Breanna (Jacob) Huff, Austin Christenson and Adriana Christenson, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Mr Gold was a US Army Veteran. He spent his life working in construction. Jim enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
