Lisa Renee McQuitty, 39, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Monday, January 17, 2022, at her residence. Lisa received a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi University for Women and was formerly employed as a teacher in the West Point School District. She was also formerly employed at AT&T. She currently worked as a caregiver for Grace and Mercy Personal Care and Respite Services. She loved her clients, and they loved her. Lisa loved animals and scrapbooking. She also enjoyed going on road trips with her daughter, Kayleigh. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Harstad (Greg); her father, Dean McQuitty (Connie); her grandmother, Otha Mae Parrish; one daughter, Kayleigh McNamee; one brother, Wesley McQuitty; two sisters, Amy McQuitty and Amber Richesin; her cousin, Jessica Seaton; and her nieces and nephews, Luis McQuitty, Joaquin McQuitty, Ella McQuitty, Caleb Richesin, Samantha Richesin, John Brady Richesin, Mason Seaton, and Brady Seaton. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Horace Parrish, and Herman and Ruth McQuitty; and her uncle, Michael Parrish. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 21, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Scotty McCay. The family requests that masks be worn by those in attendance. Entombment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Chris Seaton, Jason McMeans, Gauge Bullard, Brandon McNamee, Wesley Yow, and Greg Parrish. Honorary pallbearers include Darrell Bullard and Allen Parrish.
