Linda Sue Isabell Walters – Obituary

Linda Sue Isabell Walters, 68, former seamstress at Weather Tamer, died Sunday, November 5, 2017, at her residence in the Enterprise Community.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brother Bobby Smartt officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com.

Born April 13, 1949, in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late Howard Woodrow Isabell and the late Ethel Jones Isabell. Mrs. Walters was a former instructor at the Columbia YMCA. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband whom she married October 3, 1986, Jerry D’Wayne Walters of Enterprise Community; sisters, Yvonne Isabell of Columbia, Veronica Isabell Leonard of Talbott; Pamela Isabell of Columbia; brothers, Stan Isabell and Tony Lee Isabell, both of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Joann Isabell Eskew.

Pallbearers will be Rich Marken, Sr., Rich Marken, Jr., John Graham, Ricky Jones, Jeff Simmons, and Bryant Herbert.
