Linda Sue Clark, age 78, of Madison, Alabama went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. She was born May 23, 1944 to Jim and Charlie Mae Smith.
Linda graduated from Rison High School. Linda married Bill on October 12, 1974. She worked as a dental hygienist for many years and loved cooking for her family trying new recipes she found in one of her cooking books. She was a member of the Republicans Women’s Club and the Charities they supported. Sue was a frequent traveler with her childhood friend Louise Sulcer.
Linda is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years, William G Clark; son, David Dockendorf and wife Cricket, step-son Mike Clark and wife Catherine; daughter-in-law Allison Clark; sister, Wilma Rubenstein; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She is preceded by her parents, two sisters, Joann Luna and Betty Godwin; and step-son Billy Clark.
A graveside service for Linda will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Valhalla Memory Gardens, 698 Winchester Road, Huntsville, Alabama 35811.
