Linda Meeker, a beloved mother and sister, antiques business professional, and lover of art, passed away at the age of 78. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and creativity that will forever be cherished by her daughter, Jamie, and her brothers, Bill Davis, Jeff Davis, and Harold Davis.
Linda was born on February 26, 1945, and grew up in Limestone County, Alabama. From a young age, she showed remarkable talent for business, and her determination led her to excel in her chosen field. Throughout her career, Linda achieved numerous accomplishments, but none compared to the joy she found in being a mother to her daughter, Jamie.
As a mother, Linda was a source of love, guidance, and support. She dedicated her life to ensuring that Jamie had every opportunity to succeed and be happy. Linda’s unwavering love shaped Jamie into the strong, independent person she is today.
Beyond her professional and maternal achievements, Linda had a passion for travel. She believed that exploring different cultures and experiencing the wonders of the world broadened one’s perspective on life.

A memorial service to celebrate Linda’s life will be held on February 1, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
