Linda Lee Price, age 83, of Arab, Alabama passed away in the evening hours of Saturday, May 11, 2024 at her residence. Linda was born in Bellflower, California on May 31, 1940 to Arthur Lankford and Alice Lankford. She was a former staff member at Kiddin’ Around Daycare. She and Mr. Ronald Price built a beautiful life together while raising their children Daryl and Melissa. Linda was loved by so many. She was known for her kindness and thoughtfulness. Her time on earth was well spent on her family and her church community. She and her late husband loved attending their grandchildren’s sporting events and school activities. She found that the most precious gifts of life were spending time and supporting the people she loved.
Linda is survived by her son, Daryl Price (Donna); daughter, Melissa Emery (Mark); brother, Bob Lankford (Linda); six grand children and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Alice Lankford; husband, Ronald Price and brother, Gary Lankford.
A memorial service for Linda will be Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Joppa Methodist Church. Brother Billy Vaughn will officiate.
