Linda Jean Brown, age 83, of Greenbrier, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at her home. A Memorial Service will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church at a later date.
Mrs. Brown was born March 27, 1940 in Poole, KY to the late Albert Lewis Slaughter and Catherine Evan Abbott Slaughter. She was a Bookkeeper for a local Drug Store for many years.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lewis Brown; and a son, Anthony “Tony” Brown.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Martin “Marty” (ReDonna) Brown, and Timothy Wayne Brown; daughter, Cheryl Ann Jones; 5 grandchildren, Catherine Brown, Alexandra Brown, Jamie Suter, J.R. Suter, and Jared Suter; and 2 great grandchildren, Cameron Suter and Kyleigh Boyd.
