A Memorial service for Linda J. Huskey, 77, will be Monday, June 21, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, June 21, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Huskey died on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at her residence. She was born August 11, 1943, in Cullman County to Quinton E. Cheatwood and Dixie Jean King Cheatwood . She was a member of the New Life Church, where she lead the choir. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of the McKendree UMC, where she lead the choir and played piano before she went to New Life Church. Everywhere she was there was laughter and everyone that knew her has funny stories. We can say she was a great friend, mother, grandmother and one of the Lord’s Servants and it brought her joy to see those she loved be happy. She was a member of the Current Review Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Scotty Lee Huskey, parents and two infant sons.
