Linda Greenhaw Hunter of Hazel Green passed away on Sunday. She was 63 and was a 1979 graduate of Hazel Green High School.
Although she started her adult life at an early age, she was the best mother, grandmother, sister and friend that anyone could ask for. Her life wasn’t always easy but she always came out on top. She loved having a good time and being the life of any party. Linda was compassionate, fun-loving, and filled with goodness. Her absence will be felt by her loved ones for the rest of time.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Hunter; her parents, Howard and Audrey Greenhaw; her sister, Denise Greenhaw; her brother, Ronnie Greenhaw; Three unborn grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
She leaves behind her sister and brother-in-law, Renee & John West; daughters, Donna Cardin, Karen Stubbs, and Katlin Bolin; her grandchildren: Cardin Stubbs, Dontreus Marberry, and Ronnie Cardin; her great-grandchildren, Ashton and Emmalin Simmons. She also leaves behind countless bonus children and grandchildren, nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
The family will begin receiving friends on Saturday at 1pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home until the time of the Celebration of Life service at 3pm. After the service, burial will be in Stateline Cemetery.
